Invitation to host six-month internships, with a regional voucher, for real estate evaluation and BIM Specialist.
The Department of Environmental and Land Engineering and Chemical Engineering (DIATIC) of the University of Calabria is participating in the Expression of Interest for the creation of a Single Catalog of Professional Higher Education Academic Year. 2019-2020 with a proposal for a training course entitled “ESTIMATE REAL ESTATE IN THE FIELD OF THE BUILDING INFORMATION MODEL. Course for Experts in Real Estate Valuation and Bim Specialist in accordance with UNI standards 11558 and UNI 11337“.
The course aims to train and certify professionals able to work according to the innovative methodologies of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and to apply the real estate appraisal methodologies according to the regulations in force on the subject.
The course consists of 190 classroom hours and as many hours of self-study followed by 480 hours of extra-curricular internship in six months, with a final exam of certification, and is aimed at young people, professionals, technicians and employees, who intend to acquire the skills and experience necessary to be able to obtain the certification of:
- Certified Real Estate Appraiser in accordance with the UNI standard 11558:2014 according to UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17024:2012.
- BIM SPECIALIST Certified with address Architecture and/or Structures and/or Plants in accordance with UNI 11337.
Le companies associated with the Pole are invited to express their own willingness to welcome students for carrying out extra-curricular internships, supported by a voucher provided by the Calabria Region directly to the students of the course, by completing and sending to info@greenhomescarl.it within and no further than 2 July the Letter of commitment attached.
