“With cards exposed”, meeting of the Youth Group of Confindustria Cosenza with business experiences compared.
“With cards exposed”, the initiative of the Young Entrepreneurs Group of Confindustria Cosenza dedicated to discussing successful business case histories was restarted last year 29 November with a meeting at Italbacolor, the Fuscaldo company with 40 years of history that is the market leader for the oxidation and painting of aluminum for doors and windows.
The meeting opened with a visit to the powder coating plants, wood effect sublimation and anodic oxidation from which the products made with the patented system of the Twin System Consortium of which the company is co-founder are born.
The meeting was opened by the interventions of the President of Confindustria Cosenza Fortunato Amarelli, by the President of the Young Entrepreneurs of Confindustria Cosenza Roberto Rugna and by the Director Rosario Branda.
The company was presented by the marketing manager Giorgio Franzese and by the administrator Antonio Franzese who reviewed the choices that contributed to the growth of the company and, while, they stimulated reflections on the dynamics related to the entry of the third entrepreneurial generation into the company.
Marida Bevacqua, design area of the Green HoMe Innovation Hub for Sustainable Construction, presented the I-BEST system, innovative solution for the construction of modular facades object of a project by R&S led by Italbacolor.
The visit and the presentations aroused several comments and questions from the many young entrepreneurs who attended the meeting, also providing ideas for subsequent meetings.
