List of municipalities in internal areas financed to make public buildings more efficient
The Calabria Region has published the provisional ranking of the municipalities in the internal areas eligible for funding as part of the notice aimed at making the building stock more efficient and reducing management costs.
The action has over 21.4 Millions of euros for two lines of action to reduce primary energy consumption (Action 4.1.1) and the simultaneous installation of systems for the production of energy from renewable sources to be used for self-consumption (Action 4.1.2)
The beneficiary municipalities will now be able to carry out interventions for a total amount between 100.000 e 500.000 euros relating to:
- casing (construction of thermal coats, fixture replacement, elimination of thermal bridges, sun screens, green roofs, ecc.);
- heating and/or air conditioning systems (replacement of boilers, thermal solar systems, solar cooling systems, heat pumps, high efficiency cogeneration plants, ecc.);
- lighting systems through the predominant use of high-efficiency devices;
- existing plants through the installation of intelligent remote control systems, regulation, management, monitoring and optimization of energy consumption (smart buildings);
- systems for the production of energy from renewable sources with high energy efficiency for self-consumption (solar thermal, solar cooling, geothermal, mini/micro wind, photovoltaic, ecc.);
- high efficiency cogeneration and trigeneration plants;
- energy storage devices produced directly at the users.
