CHITO-CELL-PACK, INTEAM.com and SAF-1 on the podium of the Start Cup Calabria 2021
Last 4 November the winners of the Start Cup Calabria were announced 2021:
- CHITO-CELL-PACK with a protective film, entirely biodegradable and zero impact product, to be applied on fruit to extend its shelf life
- INTEAM.com with a solution for the impregnation of continuous long fibers with thermoplastic resins and the additive production of components in composite material.
- SAF-1 with a light and economical semi-automatic system that supports and facilitates the operators in the harvesting of saffron flowers
To evaluate the finalist teams of this 13th edition of the academic competiton business plan, promoted by the University of Calabria, Magna Graecia University, Mediterranean University, Calabria Region and FinCalabra, a jury of experts composed of: Samuel Furfaro, CEO Macingo, Antonia Abraham, IFM CEO and President of Confindustria Giovani Cz, Pierluigi Monteverdi, Mc Donald's Calabria licensee and LAB association manager 32, Misal Giuseppe, You turn, Benedetta Linardi, CEO Zafferano del Re, Stefano Caccavari, CEO Mulinum.
The three winners of the Start Cup Calabria access the national final of the PNI, the National Award for Innovation, which this year is organized by the Tor Vergata University of Rome, and will take place on the days of 30 November and of 3 December.
