The event, done on date 20 maggio 2023 at the Caldora Hall of the University of Calabria gathered a large number of participants among students and teachers
The Bachelor's Degree Program in Technologies of the Sea and of Navigation, the new perspective offered by Department of Environmental Engineering (DIAm) of the University of Calabria, aims to train professionals capable of responding to the needs of sustainable management of coastal strips, port areas and the maritime transport market, making students acquire knowledge, the skills and competences necessary to apply the most appropriate techniques and tools in the marine monitoring sectors, of port management and navigation, with a sustainability-oriented approach, and to initiate them to operate in maritime and port working contexts, both public and private.
The didactic articulation is interdisciplinary, aimed at providing scientific knowledge, engineering, legal, oceanographic and ecological fundamentals, as well as to allow the acquisition of technical-specialist skills.
