The Ministry of Business and Made in Italy (Mimi) announces the next reopening of the tenders relating to the measures Patents+, Designs+ and Trademarks+.
The benefits provided by the notices aim to encourage the patentability of technologic innovations and the valorisation of project ideas from PMI and Italian micro-enterprises, in line with the reform from the industrial property 2021-2023 and with the objectives of National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).
Below is a brief detail relating to the calls for the three measures
Patents+
Objective: development of a patent strategy and granting and provision of incentives for the purchase of specialist services aimed at the economic enhancement of a patent in terms of profitability, productivity and market development.
Resources available: € 20.000.000,00
Deadline: applications can be submitted starting from 24 October 2023
Drawings+
Objective: support SMEs in the valorisation of designs and models through concessions granted in the form of capital contributions.
Resources available: € 10.000.000,00.
Deadline: applications can be submitted starting from 7 November 2023
Brands+
Objective: support SMEs in the protection of brands abroad through benefits granted in the form of capital contributions.
Resources available: € 2.000.000,00.
Deadline: applications can be submitted starting from 21 November 2023
