E’ in pre-information the public notice for support for research activity projects, development and innovation of the Calabria Region
With a financial endowment it is equal to € 20.000.000,00, the Public Notice intends to support research and development processes promoted by companies and research organizations in "effective collaboration".
And beneficiaries, i.e. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MPMI) and large companies (GI) e OdR, in associated form (not more than 4 subjects), can present industrial research and experimental development projects requesting support for the following types of eligible expenses:
- personnel expenses;
- costs relating to instruments and equipment to the extent and for the period in which they are used for the project. If the tools and equipment are not used throughout their life cycle for the project, Only the depreciation costs corresponding to the duration of the project are considered eligible, calculated according to generally accepted accounting principles;
- costs for contract research, knowledge and patents acquired or licensed from external sources under normal market conditions, as well as costs for consultancy services and equivalent services used exclusively for the purposes of the project;
- other operating costs: material costs, supplies and similar products, directly attributable to the research activity (raw material, components, semi-finished products, specific commercial materials and consumables);
- additional overheads.
The amount that can be financed per project is associated with the cases reported in the following list:
- total eligible cost does not exceed € 250.000,00 in the case of a single SME and OdR;
- total eligible cost does not exceed € 3.500.000,00 in the case of a single GI;
The total eligible cost per project must be between a maximum of € 1.000.000,00 in the case of partnerships without GI or € 4.250.000,00, in the case of partnerships with GI, and a minimum of € 300.000,00.
The aid intensities are determined as follows:
- il 50% of eligible costs for industrial research
- il 25% of eligible costs for experimental development
The aid intensity for industrial research and experimental development can be increased up to a maximum intensity of 80% of the eligible costs under specific conditions.
