After the great success of the previous editions, this year the training course in streaming SEWERS AND URBAN LEAKS, reaches its fourth edition.

The event, organized by FAST Federation of Scientific and Technical Associations, in collaboration with the CSDU Urban Hydraulics Study Center, provide for the direct involvement of Green Home s.c.ar.l. within the organizing committee with the role of managing the secretariat.

The SEWERS AND URBAN LEAKS course is aimed at civil engineers, environmental engineers, construction engineers-architects, architects and other related technicians, who work in the field of Integrated Water Service as officials of public or private entities or as freelancers or as entrepreneurs of companies in the sector.

The course is divided into two modules:
Modulo 1 - Design Solutions and Innovative Technologies (3-4-18-19-25-26 October 2023)
Modulo 2 - Risk, Resilience, Measurements and Monitoring (15-16-22-23 November 2023)

The course guarantees the recognition of Professional Training Credits (CFP) for engineers, in detail: Modulo 1: 19 CFP and Modulo 2: 13 CFP.

The technical-scientific activities of the Summer School will be introduced during the scheduled technical table day 8 September 2022, in the same location, within the’Presentation Event of the SILAB2 Project.

The course offers a broad-based framework on innovation in the field of design and management of sewage systems and other works for conveying runoff water in urban areas. The aim of the course is in fact to provide professionals and officials with an update on the most current technical knowledge in this field and their methodologies of application in practice.

The course is divided into two separate modules; it is possible to register for one, to the other or (benefiting of a discount) to both .

The module 1 (with acknowledgment of 19 CFP for engineers) it is divided into three sessions, dedicated respectively to:

• Session A – Products for low-impact management of urban runoff waters;
• Session B – Design applications of simulation models for sewer systems;
• Session C – Implementation of innovative interventions in the field of sewers and other public works for the management of urban drainage water.
This form initially planned for the month of September 2021, was postponed to the second half of the month November 2021, especially in the afternoons of Wednesday 17 and Thursday 18, Wednesday 24 and Thursday 25 November, Wednesday 1 and Thursday 2 December.

The module 2 (with acknowledgment of 12 CFP for engineers) it is divided into two sessions, dedicated respectively to:

•Session D – Risk in urban drainage systems;
• Session E – Measures, Monitoring and Maintenance.

This second module will be held in the first half of October 2021, especially in the afternoons of Wednesday 13, Thursday 14, Wednesday 20 and Thursday 21.

Both modules will be held entirely in remote mode.

Organizing Bodies

Green Home s.c.ar.l. supports, in the capacity of administrative secretariat, the organization and conduct of the training course of which FAST Ambiente Academy is the owner and provider and whose scientific planning has also been collaborated by the Urban Hydraulics Study Center (CSDU)

Registrations have been reopened (until the 20 July) the course aimed at providing the participant with adequate training in the field of sustainable design both on a building and urban scale, both in the field of redevelopment and new construction, with particular attention to energy-environmental issues and the consumption of water resources.

The path consists of a training phase, that due to the COVID-19 emergency will be carried out in online mode, and a subsequent phase of extra-curricular internship to be carried out in a company or public / private body, lasting 6 months.

The extra-curricular internship, it will be carried out in companies operating in the reference sector and in particular, the students will be distributed at the Polo Green Home Scarl, at the companies associated with the Polo (circa 80), ATERP Province of Cosenza, and other entities / companies that have already expressed interest or with which deeds of commitment are being formalized.

At the end of the first phase of the classroom training course, the student will receive the Certificate “Expert in Sustainable Urban Design”, with acknowledgment of 12 CFU.

Participants:

The course is aimed at technicians and professionals in possession of one of the following qualifications:

• master's / specialist degree;
• degree obtained according to the regulations prior to the Ministerial Decree. 509/99;
• other qualification obtained abroad and recognized as suitable by the Course Council.

Organization and duration:

The first phase of the journey, characterized by training activities no longer in the classroom but in telematic mode, it will take place from September to December 2020. The total number of curricular hours is equal to 300, subdivided as indicated:

• 132 hours of frontal lessons (inclusive of 8 final exam hours);
• 163 hours of individual study
• 5 final exam hours, the overcoming of which will allow the recognition of the Certificate and 12 CFU.

The second phase of the journey, consists in carrying out an extra-curricular internship lasting 480 ore, from January 2021 to June 2021.

Participation fee and Regional Vouchers:

As this training proposal is included in the Regional Catalog of Higher Professional Training courses, subjects, having specific requirements, will be able to participate in the regional notice for the request for training vouchers.

Obtaining the regional voucher will provide the applicant with the full reimbursement of the registration fee and in addition an indemnity of 2.400 euro for the extra-curricular internship.

The cost of enrolling in this advanced training course, for each student, is equal to 2.500 euro.

It is inclusive of the fee relating to the registration fee, insurance coverage and virtual road tax.

• payment of € 500,00 contextually to the registration;
• payment of the remaining amount equal to € 2.000 in a single solution or in two installments with the following methods:

Qualifications achievable:

At the end of the first phase of the training course, the student will receive the Certificate “Expert in Real Estate Valuation and Bim Specialist pursuant to the UNI standard 11558 and UNI 11337”, with acknowledgment of 15 CFU.

At the end of the extra curricular internship, the final certification exam will take place, the successful completion of which will allow the achievement of one of the following qualifications;

• BIM SPECIALIST (architecture / systems / structures section)
• REAL ESTATE VALUATOR (basic / advanced level)

The course at a glance. The course aims to illustrate in detail the basic principles of KNX technology, with several practical and application examples, in preparation for the exam KNX Partner certification.

Contents

During the course the topics of KNX TP1 Bus devices will be covered (bus buttons, output modules, dimmer actuators, shutter actuators, ecc.) and the relative pairing methods (BCU, BTM, ecc.). Furthermore, some installation notes of the KNX TP1 bus will be provided: from the preparation of the systems to the verifications of the same. The concepts of Area will be studied in depth, Line, Device, Physical address and group address and communication objects. They will finally be treated in the course: the structure and analysis of the KNX Telegram, the coupling of lines, the RF system and the ETS software.

The third and fourth days will be mainly dedicated to practical exercises with state-of-the-art tools (PC and home automation cases for simulation) made available to participants to concretely experience what they have learned at a theoretical level under the supervision of the KNX tutor.

The fifth day will be dedicated to the final exams, theoretical and practical.

Targets:

Introduce the features of KNX, world standard for building automation, born over the years 90 in Europe and which today counts more than 450 members and 80.000 certified operators.

The webinar will also be an opportunity to illustrate the contents and methods of conducting the KNX certification course already scheduled for the month of December 2019 (WHO course sheet and registration procedures).

The webinar will be introduced from prof. Luca Carni (Unical – DIMES), coordinator of the newly established KNX Laboratory associated with Polo Green HoMe, lie theing. Alessio Vannuzzi (KNX Tutor) will present the main aims and concepts of the standard.

The course at a glance. The course has a duration of 120 ore, over three months, and ends with the certification exam (UNI standard 11558) with an accredited body and represents a qualification tool for Architect Engineers, Experts, Surveyors for carrying out their professional activity at credit institutions, law courts, real estate companies, supervisory bodies, auditing firm.

Targets

The Course of Certified Real Estate Appraiser is aimed at providing the participant with the necessary skills, knowledge and skills in the real estate appraisal market, demonstrated with the certification issued in compliance with the standard UNI 11558 by an ISO accredited body 17024

Certification consists of passing an exam (written and oral exam) differentiated according to the professional level to be achieved:

• Basic level, for the valuation of properties that do not involve particular estimation methods and for which it is possible to calculate the value by means of a market comparison , direct capitalization or the cost criterion;
• Advanced level, for the valuation of all types of real estate also using complex financial methods, such as financial capitalization and discounted cash flow.

Participants

The course is aimed at Architect Engineers, Experts, Surveyors and will be activated with a minimum of 20 participants.

Dates and duration

The course has a total duration of 120 hours and takes place from OCTOBER to DECEMBER 2019 with two meetings a week. At the end of the course there is a preparation test for the certification exam that will be carried out, in collaboration with an accredited third party, on a date to be defined within January 2020.

The training course consists of two modules:

• I module "Basic knowledge" with a duration of 31 ore;
• II module "Specialized Knowledge" with a duration of 89 hours that includes 5 hours of simulation test of the certification exam.

The course is held by university professors and accredited professionals with specific experience. For more details on content, dates and times please refer to the course program.

Cost

The registration fee, VAT included, is equal to

• Standard: 2.000,00 € VAT included
• Aggregates: 1.300,00 € VAT included for professionals and employees of companies associated with Polo Green HoMe

The registration fee includes the costs for:

• access the certification exam with the IICQ accredited body for both basic and advanced level;
• possibly repeat the final exam;
• make the transition from basic to advanced level;
• inclusion in the national repertoire and maintenance of registration for 6 years
• acquisition of the certificate and window sticker to be exhibited.

Introduction to "home automation systems" through the analysis of the main theoretical and regulatory concepts and then moving on to practical aspects using the KNX World Standard as an example of a communication protocol
