Italbacolor srl is characterized by specific equipment for painting and oxidation within a dedicated chemical laboratory.

The equipment dedicated to painting are:

• Control system of deoxidizing acid concentration and its exporting power;
• Closed circuit rinsing system and DEMI water, ph and conductivity measurements;
• Chemical conversion tank: daily control of the passivating concentration and determination of the actual passivating deposit on the treated aluminum.

The instruments dedicated to anodic oxidation are:

• Chemical control system for treatment tanks;
• Automatic control system for operating conditions of each tank: temperature, treatment times;
• Size and quality aluminum oxide thickness control system.

Activities:

ITALBACOLOR SRL is equipped with state-of-the-art processing plants and carries out, in addition to the tests required for the granting of the QUALANOD quality mark and those to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, defined with the customer and certified according to the ISO standard 9001, also other characterization tests of aluminum surface finishes, Which: tests on the oxidation process, measurement of bath temperatures (Chemical attack, Oxidation 1, Oxidation 2, Cold fixing), analyses, by titration, of the bathrooms (Chemical attack, Oxidation 1, Oxidation 2, Cold fixing), tests on oxidized products.
