Green HoMe scarl is the Managing Subject of the Innovation Pole for Sustainable Construction. The founding members include five small and medium-sized companies operating on national markets in various sectors, oriented towards developing supply chain activities and therefore capable of promoting a Polo model driven by the "demand" for innovation. The Managing Authority also integrates the skills and infrastructural equipment of the Calabrian public research system, involving the University of Calabria in Rende and the Mediterranean University of Reggio Calabria.
The University of Calabria has always been active at the regional level, national and international in the implementation of highly competitive research projects. The thematic areas mainly concern structural safety, energy saving technologies, identification of low-impact infrastructural techniques, study of new competitive materials from the point of view of sustainability, study for redevelopment of the existing building heritage.
The Mediterranean University of Reggio Calabria combines its commitment in research and teaching with courses of study oriented to the territory, giving life to a polytechnic of the environment with a strong propensity to landscape themes, of urban planning and the green economy. The Mediterranean University has been undertaking for some time, furthermore, research activity (basic and applied), carried out and in progress, that deal with the relationship between projects in a pre-eminent way, recovery, completion of the existing - anthropized and natural- of the geographical area of the Mediterranean. Through the Laboratories, the Mediterranean University offers performance assessment and diagnosis services for the ecological and eco-efficient characterization of materials, of the energy efficiency of building systems, earthquake behavior of non-structural elements, considered according to the Life Cycle and evaluated through assisted environmental accounting procedures of the flows of materials and resources used.
Italbacolor S.r.l. is a Calabrian company leader in aluminum processing and in particular in anodic oxidation surface treatments, electro-coloring painting on aluminum profiles, transforming and marketing aluminum systems for architecture and construction. Currently, the Italbacolor srl company is strongly active both in the Italian market and in the foreign market.

Solaretika Group S.r.l. born in 2012, from the merger of two companies operating in the plant engineering and alternative energy sectors, with the aim of encouraging the development of innovative solutions, in the civil and plant engineering sector, with the aim of optimizing energy performance and consequently reducing users' operating costs. Solaretika Group operates in the renewable energy sector (photovoltaic, solar thermal, wind power, biomass and hydroelectric), electrical and thermo-hydraulic systems, renovation and construction of prefabricated wooden buildings, with a view to green building and green architecture, integrating the technical and executive skills achieved.
