Course Details
Registrations have been reopened (until the 20 July) the course aimed at providing the participant with adequate training in the field of sustainable design both on a building and urban scale, both in the field of redevelopment and new construction, with particular attention to energy-environmental issues and the consumption of water resources.
The path consists of a training phase, that due to the COVID-19 emergency will be carried out in online mode, and a subsequent phase of extra-curricular internship to be carried out in a company or public / private body, lasting 6 months.
The extra-curricular internship, it will be carried out in companies operating in the reference sector and in particular, the students will be distributed at the Polo Green Home Scarl, at the companies associated with the Polo (circa 80), ATERP Province of Cosenza, and other entities / companies that have already expressed interest or with which deeds of commitment are being formalized.
At the end of the first phase of the classroom training course, the student will receive the Certificate “Expert in Sustainable Urban Design”, with acknowledgment of 12 CFU.

Participants:
The course is aimed at technicians and professionals in possession of one of the following qualifications:
- master's / specialist degree;
- degree obtained according to the regulations prior to the Ministerial Decree. 509/99;
- other qualification obtained abroad and recognized as suitable by the Course Council.
The admitted degree qualifications are those pertaining to: engineering, architecture and related scientific disciplines.

Organization and duration:
The first phase of the journey, characterized by training activities no longer in the classroom but in telematic mode, it will take place from September to December 2020. The total number of curricular hours is equal to 300, subdivided as indicated:
- 132 hours of frontal lessons (inclusive of 8 final exam hours);
- 163 hours of individual study
- 5 final exam hours, the overcoming of which will allow the recognition of the Certificate and 12 CFU.
The second phase of the journey, consists in carrying out an extra-curricular internship lasting 480 ore, from January 2021 to June 2021.
Participation fee and Regional Vouchers:
As this training proposal is included in the Regional Catalog of Higher Professional Training courses, subjects, having specific requirements, will be able to participate in the regional notice for the request for training vouchers.
Obtaining the regional voucher will provide the applicant with the full reimbursement of the registration fee and in addition an indemnity of 2.400 euro for the extra-curricular internship.
The cost of enrolling in this advanced training course, for each student, is equal to 2.500 euro.
It is inclusive of the fee relating to the registration fee, insurance coverage and virtual road tax.
The registration fee must be paid in the following ways:
- payment of € 500,00 contextually to the registration;
- payment of the remaining amount equal to € 2.000 in a single solution or in two installments with the following methods:
- € 1.000,00 by the start date of the training activities;
- € 1.000,00 euro by 90 days from the start of the training activities.
