ESTIMATE REAL ESTATE IN THE FIELD OF THE BUILDING INFORMATION MODEL

Registrations are open (until the 20 July) to the course aimed at providing the participant with the necessary skills, certified knowledge and skills in the field of BIM modeling and real estate valuation in the BIM environment.

The path consists of a formative phase, to be carried out online from September to December 2020, and a subsequent phase of extra-curricular internship to be carried out in a company or public / private body, lasting 6 months, from January 2021 to June2021.

The course is characterized by the application approach of the lessons which include exercises both in the field of real estate valuation methods that in the context of modeling in a BIM environment (architectural, plant and structural engineering).

The extra-curricular internship, it will be carried out in companies operating in the reference sector and in particular, the students will be distributed at NKE Engineering, at the Polo Green Home Scarl, at the companies associated with the Polo (circa 80) and other entities that have already expressed interest or with which deeds of commitment are being formalized.

Qualifications achievable:

At the end of the first phase of the training course, the student will receive the Certificate “Expert in Real Estate Valuation and Bim Specialist pursuant to the UNI standard 11558 and UNI 11337”, with acknowledgment of 15 CFU.

At the end of the extra curricular internship, the final certification exam will take place, the successful completion of which will allow the achievement of one of the following qualifications;

• BIM SPECIALIST (architecture / systems / structures section)
• REAL ESTATE VALUATOR (basic / advanced level)

Participants:

The course is aimed at technicians and professionals in possession of one of the following qualifications:

• diploma of surveyor / industrial expert;
• bachelor's / three-year degree;
• master's / specialist degree;
• other qualification obtained abroad and recognized as suitable by the Course Council.

The admitted degree qualifications are those pertaining to: engineering, architecture and related scientific disciplines.

Organization and duration:

The first phase of the journey, characterized by training activities, that due to the COVID-19 emergency it will no longer be held in the classroom but in telematic mode, it will take place from September to December 2020. The total number of curricular hours is equal to 380, subdivided as indicated:

• 182 hours of frontal lessons (inclusive of 8 final exam hours);
• 190 hours of individual study
• 8 final exam hours, the overcoming of which will allow the recognition of the Certificate and 15 CFU.

The second phase of the journey, consists in carrying out an extra-curricular internship lasting 480 ore, from January 2021 to June 2021 and will end with the final exam for the achievement of the BIM SPECIALIST title or in CERTIFIED REAL ESTATE ASSESSOR.

Participation fee and Regional Vouchers:

As this training proposal is included in the Regional Catalog of Higher Professional Training courses, subjects, having specific requirements, will be able to participate in the regional notice for the request for training vouchers.

Obtaining the regional voucher will provide the applicant with the full reimbursement of the registration fee and in addition an indemnity of 2.400 euro for the extra-curricular internship.

The cost of enrolling in this advanced training course, for each student, is equal to 4.000 euro.

It is inclusive of the fee relating to the registration fee, insurance coverage and virtual road tax.

The registration fee also includes the coverage of the costs for the certification exam which will be carried out by an accredited third party for the recognition of the certification in "Evaluate Real Estate Certificate" pursuant to UNI 11558:2014 and UNI CEI EN ISO / IEC 17024:2012 or in "BIM SPECIALIST" pursuant to UNI 11337.
