From 17 February, Notice opened 2/2019 Fondimpresa for short training courses for SMEs.
Notice no. 2/2019 Fondimpresa is aimed at SMEs already members of Fondimpresa to which it grants an additional contribution compared to the resources already accrued in the company training account to achieve Corporate or intercompany training plans addressed to employed workers.
The additional contribution goes from a minimum of 1.500 euro still maximum of 10.000 euro for business. Fondimpresa reimburses all costs incurred up to the maximum contribution expected.
The training plan must include the participation of at least 5 workers for a minimum of 12 hours of training per capita in one or more valid training actions. This requirement must exist both in the estimate and in the final balance. Each company adhering to the Intercompany Plan must ensure the participation of at least one worker for one minimum of 12 hours of training.
Training plans must be shared, before their presentation, with agreements signed by representative organizations, at company level, territorial and/or category.
Le requests can be submitted starting from the 17 February 2020.
